BabyFair is an online retailer in the infant - primary stage of life. BabyFair approached Red Fez when they identified a niche need to provide superior customer service combined with high demand products at lower price points.
Red Fez worked with them to create a full branding suite of products including Style Guide, and a fully functioning ecommerce platform to sell their products. Backend order processing integrates seamlessly with email communication to the customer at every point of the order including shipping points.
WooCommerce powers the cart, with WordPress for the front end and content delivery. Hosting was arranged with a specialist WordPress host to ensure site performance under heavier load then usual. Backend order processing is being handled by Stripe over SSL for security. Postage is seamlessly integrated to Australia Post and Fastway Couriers for simplicity and ease of order packing and handling.
Newsletter is integrated to Mailchimp from the Blog and is automated - as new stories are posted they are automatically sent to subscribers. These posts are also automatically submitted to the various social channels they are developing.
Currently BabyFair is testing various sales points and products but are achieving consistent sales figures. Further plans include proprietary products and an aggressive social marketing campaign through PPC on Facebook to drive direct sales and test new product offerings.
