West Coast Lowdown required an Event site which would outline the event program and highlight various performers and artists. The site needed to be responsive as well as visually striking to match the theme of the event. Red Fez liaised with Mr G from Japan to create the background graphics as well as the Artboard for the event.
Online ticketing was needed fro pre-sales, as well as detailed overviews of each area on offer. Artists profiles, Sponsor offerings and each spacific area of the event was created.
Red Fez created the entire look and feel for the event, including the logo and all web and print graphics as well as the website and social media. Social media was used as outreach to the target market online via various special interest groups on facebook and instagram. Sharing was encouraged with competitions and giveaways. Artist profiles were created for all Artists and performers and they were in turn encouraged to share these to their social profiles.
Ticketing was augmented by PPC advertising sales on facebook and Google with facebook proving to be the best performer. Sponsored Posts and native advertising were also employed to create a cohesive social media marketing program.
We were able to create a considerable presence online with excellent feedback from the client and their attendees. The social campaign was a success with ticket sales strong all the way up to the opening hours.
